My work is heavily inspired by summers spent on Nantucket Island, where I've been visiting since I was a young girl. I love being able to transport my collectors to this magical place through paintings of sailboats, blue hydrangeas, and rose covered cottages. My hope is that my work makes every day feel like an island escape.

Most of my days I spend covered in paint, playing around with color, or sketching out a new composition. I love using texture to bring a scene to life. Whether painting with a brush or a palette knife, there is nothing more satisfying than freely covering a canvas with layers of paint. The result is art that is classic and refined, yet approachable and full of heart. This beautiful place between real and imagined is where I truly love to be.
