- Commissions are granted on a first come first serve basis. I take a limited number of commissions at a time and cannot guarantee availability, especially around major holidays and busy seasons. However, I will do all that I can to ensure client satisfaction.

- Pricing is firm and a 50% non-refundable deposit is required up front.

- Shipping for very large pieces may be at the cost of the client and will be discussed in the consultation.

- Timelines are variable and can be subject to change, however the client will be made aware of this well in advance.
